myHealthPointe® is a safe, secure, and convenient website with 24/7 access to information related to your care. From this site, you can view selected health information, communicate with your care team, request appointments, refills, and records.

How do I get started?

To get started, please call your clinic locations to speak with Customer Support, who will provide a registration code via your personal e-mail account to sign up and log in to the client portal. You can access your portal via the website by clicking the button above.

Please note that you must register using a personal computer or via the website on the phone; you will not be able to register using the mobile app.

Do I need an email account to access the portal?

Yes, you will need a personal email account to register and set up access to the myHealthPointe® Portal.

What can I do in my portal?

With myHealthPointe®, you have the ability to:

  • Send questions and concerns to your care team.
  • View your scheduled appointments.
  • View your medication list and request medication refills (please note that refills will still need to be requested 5-7 days in advance).
  • View your allergy list.
  • And much more!

Can I receive treatment through the portal?

The portal is not a substitute for professional medical care and advice. 

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, visit the portal log-in screen and select the “Forgot Password?” link. If your access is locked and you cannot reset your password, please contact Customer Support for assistance at your clinic location.

How secure is the portal?

All communications between you and your provider’s office are carried over a secure, encrypted connection. This secure connection utilizes industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure data transmission and server-side digital certification authentication. To prohibit unauthorized access, all medical information is stored behind our firewall in our electronic medical record system.

You should always make sure that the email address on file for your account is accurate, as notifications from the portal are sent to the email address on file. Make sure to sign out of your account each time you are finished using the portal.
