Citizen Advocates provides exceptional, high-quality care to all individuals regardless of ability to pay.
Our staff will work with individuals who need financial aid if they are uninsured or underinsured based on their needs. Additionally, we provide our services on a sliding-fee scale, meaning we may be able to enroll you in free or low-cost health insurance.
Citizen Advocates is proud to be a designated National Health Service Corps site, and as such we promise to serve all patients. There is a discounted / sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income, and we will not deny services based on a person’s race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity or sexual orientation.

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Citizen Advocates offers a secure online payment platform that allows patients to pay their bills quickly and conveniently from any device. The system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so you can make a payment whenever it works best for you.
Our online payment system is designed to be simple and secure. To get started, you only need your account number and your last statement balance.
The platform uses industry-standard SSL encryption and digital certification authentication to help protect your information. All medical data remains securely stored behind our firewall within our electronic medical record system.
