The apartment treatment program is a 9-bed apartment-type residential program. This program provides individualized support for the needs and goals of adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Staff members are available 7-days a week, with additional 24-hour crisis on-call availability. Apartments are located within the community.
We help prepare Individuals independent living through:

  • Employment coaching 
  • Medication management training
  • Appointment attendance
  • Participating in social opportunities

How to apply:

The first step is completing a Franklin County Single Point of Access (SPOA) form.  The SPOA is a one-stop shop for a wide range of mental health services available locally.  This resource ensures the right service is connected to the right individual or family at the right time.  Once completed, the referral is returned to the individual listed in the application.
