Since 1975, Citizen Advocates, Inc. has operated many high quality programs known to many as the North Star family of services. The North Star programs have provided caring, professional services to thousands of individuals with physical challenges, mental health needs and chemical dependency issues.

 Citizen Advocates, Inc. offers a wide array of services including: children’s residential services; vocational programs; community support services; residential programs; day program services; outpatient and school-based mental health treatment; and chemical dependency prevention, treatment and recovery programs. 

 The basic underlying objective of each and every program operated by Citizen Advocates, Inc. is to provide the best possible care and treatment, and most appropriate array of individualized services to persons with disabilities living in and around Franklin County.
