We offer respite and homeless apartments to adults and families that find themselves in need of a temporary place of residence. Residents are primarily made up of individuals seeking assistance from the Franklin County Department of Social Services (FCDSS) after claiming homelessness. Individuals that are looking for a transition from incarceration to permanent housing are also authorized to live in the apartments. Citizen Advocates provides furnishings, hygiene products and food for each apartment.

How to apply:

Citizen Advocates housing counselors assist individuals with the application process. Outside referral sources or providers can assist with the application process by downloading and completing the following forms.

Once completed, email the forms to one of the following individuals:
