The Webster Street Community Residence is a 10-bed residential program that provides 24-hour assistance to adults with serious and persistent mental illness. The program prepares individuals for independent community living. Staff members support individuals by helping to identify their life goals and build a recovery-oriented plan.

Services provided:

  • Community integration
  • Daily living skills training
  • Medication management

How to apply:

The first step is completing a Franklin County Single Point of Access (SPOA) form.  The SPOA is a one-stop shop for a wide range of mental health services available locally.  This resource ensures the right service is connected to the right individual or family at the right time.  Once completed, the referral is returned to the individual listed in the application.
