The respite and homeless apartments are available for adults and families that find themselves in need of a temporary place of residence. Individuals that seek assistance from the Franklin County Department of Social Services (FCDSS) after claiming homelessness are placed here in addition to individuals that are looking for a transition from incarceration to permanent housing. Citizen Advocates provides furnishings, hygiene products and food for each apartment.

How to apply:

Citizen Advocates housing counselors will assist individuals with the application process. Outside referral sources or providers can assist with the application process by downloading and completing the following forms.
