Apartment treatment program
The apartment treatment program is a 9-bed apartment-type residential program. This program provides individualized support for the needs and goals of adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Staff members are available 7-days a week, with additional 24-hour crisis on-call availability. Apartments are located within the community.
We help prepare Individuals independent living through:
- Employment coaching
- Medication management training
- Appointment attendance
- Participating in social opportunities
How to apply:
Please submit a Franklin County SPOA (Single Point of Access) referral. The SPOA coordinates a broad range of locally available mental health services. They ensure the right service is connected to the right children and their families at the right time. Once completed, the referral is returned to the individual listed in the actual application.
