Your experience matters. Citizen Advocates invites patients, family members, caregivers and community supporters to participate in our Behavioral Health Patient Advisory Committee meetings.
These meetings are held quarterly and provide an opportunity for community members to share feedback, offer ideas and help improve the overall care experience. Your voice plays an important role in shaping programs, policies and services that meet the needs of our community.
Meetings are open to the public, and participants may attend either in person or virtually, making it easy to get involved. Refreshments will be provided for those in person.
The next meeting will take place on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. In person options are available at the Ogdensburg Behavioral Health Campus at 1003 Park Street in Ogdensburg, as well as at the Malone Behavioral Health Campus at 125 Finney Boulevard in Malone.
Want to get involved? Individuals interested in joining our Patient Advisory Committee or participating in our upcoming meeting can contact Jenna Coronel-Pond, Director of Behavioral Health Customer Experience, by e-mail: jennacoronelpond@citizenadvocates.net or phone: 518-483-3261.
Join us to help shape behavioral health services for the future. Your voice can make a lasting impact.
