Affordable Two- and Three-Bedroom Units Available at Harison Place


Brand new, affordable two- and three-bedroom apartments are available at Harison Place, 5 Harison Place in Malone, NY. The mixed-use development of 40 apartments and five commercial spaces is scheduled to open in early 2024.

The apartments at Harison Place are for eligible households earning 60 percent or less of the Area Median Income. Household income for two-bedroom apartments can range from $18,375-$48,720 and three bedrooms from $21,125-$56,520. Call to see if you are eligible: 518-561-0720.

Residents will have access to a playground, laundry facilities, community room, air conditioning in community spaces, and enhanced broadband internet. Harison Place is within walking distance of banks, pharmacies, restaurants, and churches and accepts housing choice vouchers.

The project developers are Citizen Advocates and 3d Development Group, LLC.

Harison Place is designed to complement downtown Malone’s surrounding historic architecture. Its 19th-century-style façade includes a flatiron shape made of engineered stone and brick with embellishments. The building features sandstone blocks salvaged during the demolition of Malone’s historic Paddock Building – also known as the Gorman Building – which was destroyed in a 2017 fire.
