Specialties and areas of focus
- Trauma-informed approach
- Disordered eating
I am currently the Clinic Manager of the Saranac Lake Behavioral Health Clinic, and I continue to work with a diverse population of clients within our clinic, offering both in-person and remote sessions. Within my clinical practice I utilize a holistic and trauma-informed approach, and have a specific interest in working with individuals who may struggle with managing patterns of disordered eating.
Through my work as a clinician, I hope to assist in reducing the stigma surrounding conversations pertaining to mental illness, and I hope to instill a hope for recovery within the community that I love and grew up in.
