Dr. Kristin Mack is a dual board-certified physician in Addiction Medicine and Family Medicine dedicated to helping individuals living with substance use disorders through compassionate, evidence-based care. She specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders using evidence-based medications while integrating harm reduction, behavioral health and whole-person medical care. Her approach emphasizes respect, partnership and meeting patients where they are to help them achieve their goals of care.

Beyond direct patient care, Dr. Mack is an educator, advocate and healthcare innovator committed to improving addiction treatment throughout rural New York. She trains physicians and healthcare professionals across the state and develops educational programs that expand access to evidence-based care. She works to reduce stigma surrounding addiction through education, advocacy and community engagement. She believes compassionate, accessible care can transform individuals, strengthen families and improve communities.
