I currently work as a clinic-based and school-based therapist in the Tupper Lake Middle/High School and LP Quinn Elementary school, offering both telehealth and in-person services. I enjoy working with a variety of clinical populations, and tend to focus on areas pertaining to depression, anxiety, and trauma. I joined the field in order to offer healthy forms of support for individuals that may otherwise lack a reliable support system within their lives.
Within my clinical practice, I tend to utilize interventions stemming from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Practices, and Play Therapy.
