Specialties and areas of focus

  • Clinician Team Lead
  • Person-centered, trauma-informed approach

I joined Citizen Advocates as a clinical intern in 2018, officially joined the clinical team as a clinic-based therapist in 2019, and I obtained my NYS license as a Mental Health Counselor in 2021. Within my practice I incorporate a holistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach, which I utilize to address concerns pertaining to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, stress management, grief, and topics associated with gender identity and/or sexual orientation.

“I joined the counseling field in order to help others improve their ability to navigate, understand, and elicit change within their lived experiences.”
