Meg Liede is a dedicated and ambitious Licensed Master Social Worker with extensive experience in human services. They hold dual graduate degrees in Social Work and Experiential Learning and Development and are passionate about helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges. Meg specializes in supporting youth experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, peer relationship difficulties and school-related stress. Their goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel heard, supported and empowered.
Meg takes a patient-centered, strengths-based approach, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques tailored to each person’s unique needs. They also collaborate with families, schools, community resources and other support systems to promote long-term growth and emotional wellness.
