Specialties and areas of focus
- Play Therapy
- Art Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
I currently work as a school-based clinician in the Saranac Lake High School, Saranac Lake Middle School, Petrova Elementary School, and Bloomingdale Elementary school. I also offer clinic-based sessions, offering both telehealth and in-person sessions.
I love working with children and providing support for them as they navigate home and school-based stressors, but I also enjoy working with individuals of all ages. In my clinical practice I often implement treatment through a Person-Centered and Trauma-Informed approach, and tend to utilize interventions stemming from Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
